White Tea: 1. 1 Tablespoon to 8 oz. purified or spring water 2. 160 - 180 degree water 3. Steep 1 - 3 minutes
Green Tea: 1. 1 teaspoon to 8 oz. purified or spring water 2. 160 - 180 degree water 3. Steep 1 - 3 minutes
Oolong Tea: 1. 1 Tablespoon to 8 oz. purified or spring water 2. 180 - 205 degree water 3. Steep 3 - 4 minutes
Black Tea: 1. 1 teaspoon to 8 oz. purified or spring water 2. 212 degree water 3. Steep 5 minutes
Rooibos Tea: 1. 1 teaspoon to 8 oz. purified or spring water 2. 212 degree water 3. Steep 1 - 3 minutes
Yerba Mate Tea: 1. 1 teaspoon to 8 oz. purified or spring water 2. 212 degree water 3. Steep 5 minutes
Herbal Teas: 1. 1 teaspoon to 8 oz. purified or spring water 2. 212 degree water 3. Steep 5 minutes
Tips:
* White, green, oolong, black, and Yerba mate teas can be infused / steeped as many as 2 - 3 times.
* White and green teas steeped at one minute contain less caffeine.
* Keep teas in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors.
* Brew in stainless steel, glass, ceramic or cast iron tea pots. Never aluminum and Never use a microwave.
